If we discover a child under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that child’s information as soon as reasonably practicable. If you believe that company has been provided with the personal information of a child under the age of 16 without parental consent, please immediately notify us at privacy@codistica.com

However, no security measure can guarantee 100% safety when it is transmitted through the internet or any other unsecured network. Codistica is not responsible for information intercepted in an unsecured network.

    If you decide you no longer want Codistica to make use and store your personal information as stated in this policy, you can request the erasure of your personal data at privacy@codistica.com. Note that the request may take up to ten (10) business-days to process your request.
